Hotel Policies

Children under 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult or written permission issued by a parent/guardian prior to stay if not accompanied by an adult. We still hold the right to decline the booking if we are not comfortable with the situation.
The Hotel still has the right to refuse entry of any guests if we feel that our other guest’s stay will be affected. We take the attitude that we must be comfortable to share our home with each guest otherwise we will refuse entry.
All guests must check in with suitable photo identification.  Please respect that this is our policy whether it is a legal requirement or not.  We also operate a no-alcohol policy in the building at anytime.
Any bookings of two or more people staying on any Friday or Saturday will be required to pay a refundable bond of £20 per person when checking in.  The management reserves the right to request a £20 bond person from anybody on any other day if we feel the necessity.  This bond will be refunded in total on the day of departure when all three requirements have been satisfied: 1. No damage to any part of the hotel/property; 2. No disturbance to any other hotel guests/neighbours; 3. All keys are returned.  We feel that this behavioural bond encourages good behaviour and makes everybody’s stay much more comfortable.
